Finally Losing Weight the Right Way, for the Long Term

Belly Fat Gone: Tips and Tricks
Doctors have been warning about the infamous big belly for a long time. Fashion-wise you can hide it reasonably well, but what does it look like underneath? Getting rid of belly fat is a real challenge, and losing weight alone isn't enough.
Because you have to keep the weight off, and for your whole life. A lifelong task in itself, and for many of us it doesn't last. Look at all the models: they exercise and eat healthy. Otherwise they'd be strutting down the runway fat and flabby too.
Once the belly fat is gone, you present yourself in a completely different way.
First, measure your current waist circumference and at the same time write down your current "fighting weight." The BMI, the body mass index, on its own says nothing about your belly. Now you have the current state, and you proceed as follows. What do you eat, how much time do you spend on the couch and at the office, and do you eat out of frustration or on a whim? Are you the type who quickly falls back into old habits? Then bring in a nutrition coach and a fitness trainer. You're in good company there, and you can no longer escape your dietary sins. Even if you're not a fan of exercise, get moving anyway. Then slowly but surely your belly fat will be gone, too.
Belly Fat Gone with Exercise Equipment
Now we've arrived at the dreaded topic of exercise again. If you're averse to a gym, then set up a room as a "torture chamber."
An exercise bike or treadmill works well for this, as does a stepper. Train daily, but not until you drop. For your metabolism you should reach your limits, but you don't need to fall into a coma. Many exercise beginners forget in their ambition that the body and circulatory system aren't used to this exertion. So approach your "belly fat gone" project with care. Then you'll soon be standing on the winner's podium too.
